The objective of this activity is to provide tuition fee waivers to 3-5 year old children from poor households to help them to attend ECD centers.  The project will provide grants to fee levying state and non-state run ECD centers in order to achieve this objective.

ECD centers which fulfill the below mentioned criteria will be eligible to receive these tuition fee waiver grants.
