A healthy Early Childhood Development Center is a place which provides a safe and encouraging environment for a child. It is important centers equip with the material which contribute towards the development of children.

Throughout the project period 140 Early Childhood Development Centers will be built along with a new playground, furniture and play equipment. 

By 31st of December 2016 construction was carried out in the centers situated in St. Coombs Estate and Nayapana Estate in Nuwaraeliya, Elakduwa Estate in Kandy, Bentota estate in Galle.
